Yograj Kulkarni is a commercial leader with nearly two decades of experience in pricing, revenue management, and commercial strategy across hospitality, online marketplaces, and technology.

He currently serves as Director of Pricing and Revenue at PropertyGuru Group Southeast Asia’s leading PropTech company, where he is responsible for pricing strategy across four markets. Prior to this, he held revenue leadership roles at InterContinental Hotels Group, Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, Pan Pacific Hotels Group, and Travelocity.

Yograj holds an Executive MBA from NUS Business School. He maintains a keen interest in AI and its practical applications.
