Ahteram is an experienced growth and strategy leader with over two decades of cross-functional experience building digital businesses from scratch across Asia and MENA. Currently, Ahteram serves as the Growth Director for Asia & MENA at Kahoot!, where his is proud to have been the first employee of Kahoot! in Asia, establishing their regional presence and driving market expansion from Singapore.
Ahteram´s career has been defined by scaling high-growth ecosystems at the intersection of EduTech and Digital Media. Notably, Ahteram was most probably the first commercial employee for a globally popular short video app, outside of China. During his tenure there, Ahteram built the sales operations machinery from the ground up across India and Southeast Asia, leading teams that fueled massive revenue acceleration and organizational transformation.
